Our Trick of Treat event is a great way to expose your business to our local community!

We're asking local businesses to volunteer to setup a booth and pass out candy to our young friends! We have a large assortment of games and activities for the whole family to enjoy. There's no charge to businesses in order to participate. To register for a booth at our Trick or Treat event, please complete the form below.

Space is limited and assigned on a first come, first served basis.

​TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for registering for Trick or Treat at the Boo-Berry Farm!  By checking the box below and submitting this form, you understand that you will receive an outdoor booth spot at no charge for our event on Saturday, October 26th.  Cool Springs Blueberry Farm will provide a 10x10 pop-up tent and an 8 foot table.  No power will be available.

We encourage you to decorate your booth with family friendly decorations that are appropriate for children of all ages.  The event will be held on Saturday, October 26th, 2019 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm and you must be present the entire time.  All businesses must provide candy to pass out to our trick-or-treaters.

Lastly, you assume responsibility for protecting yourself and those in your party from the inherent risks of participating in agricultural activities at all times.  You hereby release and hold harmless Cool Springs Blueberry Farm, LLC, its employees, agents, directors, officers, shareholders, customers and volunteers from any and all claims, actions, suits and/or damages that may occur as a result of any injuries or damage to personal property while at the farm.  This shall include all losses, damages, costs and attorney's fees that may occur as a result of death or injury, and related claims by any parties.
