Celebrate Fall with Family Fun

Our Fall Festivals are a great way to expose your products to our local community!

During several weekends in October, we proudly offer our Family Fall Festival. We have a large assortment of games, activities, and vendors for the whole family to enjoy. There's also a petting zoo, pumpkin patch, craft shop, and a variety of refreshments available. To register for a booth at our Fall Festival, please complete the form below.

Space is limited and assigned on a first come, first served basis.

  • First three weekends in October, 11:00am-5:00pm
  • 10x10 pop-up tent provided
  • 8' table provided
  • No power available
  • You are welcome to bring whatever else you need

​TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for registering for a vendor booth at the Cool Springs Blueberry Farm Fall Festival!  By checking the box below and submitting this form, you understand that you will receive a vendor booth spot at no charge for the date(s) you have requested.  Cool Springs Blueberry Farm will provide a 10x10 pop-up tent and an 8 foot table.  No power will be available.

You also acknowledge that festival hours are from 11:00am - 5:00pm and you must be present the entire time for any day(s) you register.  

Lastly, you assume responsibility for protecting yourself and those in your party from the inherent risks of participating in agricultural activities at all times.  You hereby release and hold harmless Cool Springs Blueberry Farm, LLC, its employees, agents, directors, officers, shareholders, customers and volunteers from any and all claims, actions, suits and/or damages that may occur as a result of any injuries or damage to personal property while at the farm.  This shall include all losses, damages, costs and attorney's fees that may occur as a result of death or injury, and related claims by any parties.
